All adoptions require an application be filled out and approved by one of our veterinarians. 

The Illinois Animal Control Act requires animals older than six months of age to be Spay/Neutered prior to adoption.  Animals younger than six months must be Spay/Neutered by six months of age.

If your pet new pet is not yet old enough, you will have until the dog is six months old to schedule the Spay/Neutering.  After that time, you will be responsible for the full cost of the surgery to either Spay/Neuter your pet.

• Spay/Neuter
• FVRCP (Distemper)
• Feline Leuk/FIV Combo Test
• Fecal
• Feline Leukemia Vaccine
