Dr. Stevenson is a 1974 graduate of the University of Illinois. He is the owner of the Sandwich Veterinary Hospital and has worked here since 1976. He likes seeing the joy that people experience with their pets and helping them to stay healthy to continue that bond. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, nature, and skiing. |

Dr. Hasty is a 2000 graduate of the University of Illinois. She has worked here since 2001. Her favorite areas of vet med are surgery and behaviour. She likes being able to help people understand and control their pets behavior so they can have a happier relationship with their pet. When she is not at the clinic, she enjoys cooking, gardening, cross stitching, and playing with her 4 dogs and two cats. |

Dr. Thornburg is a 1993 graduate of Purdue University. She worked for our hospital in 1995-98 and recently joined us again in May 2005. She is active in her church, likes softball, the St. Louis Cardinals, reading and spending time with her dog Zane and her six cats. While she loves all animals, she is partial to cats. |

Dr. Krumdick is a 2006 graduate of the University of Illinois. She also spent one year at the University College Dublin in Ireland studying veterinary medicine. She enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Bayci and Moose. |

TECHNICIANS |

Julie has worked at the SVH for 9 years and is a talented jack of all trades: receptionist, groomer, kennel staff, and vet tech! Her favorite part of her job is helping the animals feel better. All of spare time is spent with her 2 horses, 3 dogs, and chasing after her 12 cats and 2 kids. |

Lisa joined our team in August 2004. She is a veterinary technician and loves to work with pets. She likes camping, scrap booking and spending time with her daughter and two cats. |
|

Tina joined our staff in 2005. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education and Animal Science. She is a veterinary technician. She recently married and relocated to this area. She likes to bake and spend time with her new husband. |

Laura joined our team in July 2006 as a Vet Tech. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. In her free time, she likes horseback riding with her four horses. She also has three dogs and many other animals.

RECEPTIONISTS |

Anita (on the right in the picture) has worked at the hospital since 1989 and loves interacting with people and their pets. She prefers to spend her free time with her husband and 2 children and also enjoys rug hooking and crafts. Amy (on the left in the picture) joined our team in 1998. She enjoys her three children, reading, gardening, sewing and photography. She is presently going to college with an emphasis in accounting. She loves her three cats and little Sheltie puppy, Cammie. |

Bobbi joined our practice in 1979. She enjoys gardening, spending time with her daughter and friends and riding her horses. She loves classical dressage. She has many cats and two dogs as well as her horses. |

Mandy joined our team in January of 2002 in our kennels and now is a receptionist. She is a 2005 graduate of Sandwich High School and is now attending college. |

Cindy joined our practice in 1999. She enjoys the outdoors, gardening and traveling with her husband and friends. She also enjoys her dog and two cats. |

Char joined our practice in 2002. She is the mother of three active children that keep busy. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cross-stitching and many crafts. She also enjoys her fish tank and many pets. |

KENNELS |

|
Collin joined us in 2003. He is our head kennel assistant and works taking care of our surgery patients and feeding and taking care of our boarding animals. He is a very kind person that loves animals very much. In his spare time he likes to ride his bike. |
| Mollie joined our practice in 2004. She is currently a senior at Somonauk High School and is attending cosmetology school through IVVC. She is active in FFA and 4-H and keeps busy taking care of all of our boarding and hospitalized pets here at the hospital, as well as at the farm where she lives. | |
